• • I have voucher credit. How do I use the voucher credit?

    Please create an account on GED Marketplace if you haven't already done so. Please contact [email protected] and request to have your voucher credit available on your GED marketplace account.

  • I want to pay by check but I'm not able. Why?

    Please ensure that you have a minimum of $700 in your cart, there is a minimum amount to be able to pay by Check/ACH.

  • I don't see the voucher I need. Who can I ask for help?

    Please contact [email protected] and provide the voucher name or an explanation of what may be missing from the store.

  • When is the voucher store retiring?

    12/31/2022

  • Can I still use my existing vouchers?

    Yes, your current vouchers will still be valid.

  • Where can I go for more information?

  • Why is the voucher store retiring?

    After review and conversations with the field, it was determined that a new voucher experience would be beneficial. Marketplace is user friendly, fast, and simplifies the voucher order process.

  • Are all payment methods still available?

    Yes, all payment methods available on the voucher store are available on the GED Marketplace.
