How do I return an item?
We are very sorry if you did not find everything satisfactory with your order. Customers can return physical products within 30 days of purchase. Bundled and digital products currently cannot be returned. Please contact Customer Service for more information about returning an item.

GED+ product users please note: The GED+ fee is non-refundable after you access the product, you take the first assigned step of the GED+ program or 30 days from the date of purchase.

Test vouchers cannot be returned. All test voucher purchases are final.

Refund Process
Once your return has been "authorized" by Customer Service, you may receive an RMA from Customer Service. You can use this RMA to return products to the address specified on the RMA. Once the product has been received and verified, we will credit your account within 7 to 10 business days.
